I am a licensed professional clinical counselor (LPCC) in Minnesota and licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Wisconsin. I have experience working with children and adults. I provide
in-person therapy and tele-health sessions to people of all backgrounds. Additionally,
I am an approved licensure supervisor through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. I have experience providing individual consultation as well as reflective supervision groups.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, life stressors, trauma, grief, loss and much more.

I utilize the following strategies: Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART, Basic Certified),  Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT),  play therapy, and sand tray therapy.
